PRINCETON, N.J., (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oyster Point Pharma, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of first-in-class pharmaceutical therapies to treat ocular surface diseases, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 2,500,000 shares of its common stock. In addition, Oyster Point Pharma intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 375,000 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares are being offered by Oyster Point Pharma. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or the actual size or terms of the offering.
