EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hudson (NYSE: HUD), a North American travel experience leader with more than 1,000 stores in airports, commuter hubs, landmarks and tourist destinations, today announced a potential change in its Board of Directors.

Mary J. Steele Guilfoile, who currently serves as an independent member of Hudson’s Board of Directors and the Chairwoman of the Company’s Audit Committee, has been proposed for election as an independent member of the Board of Directors of our parent company Dufry AG at its upcoming annual shareholder meeting to be held on May 18, 2020. If Ms. Guilfoile is elected to the Board of Directors of Dufry AG, she has informed the Company that she intends to step down from the Board of Directors of Hudson, and Hudson would expect to name a new chair of the Audit Committee at such time.
