Aimed at boosting liquidity, Boston Scientific (NYSE:BSX) entered into a new one-year $1.25B term loan yesterday that it used to refinance borrowings under its credit revolver. The company also modified the leverage covenant in its credit agreements to increase its financial flexibility amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
