Accepts $81.6M of Cigna Holdings senior notes due 2022 and $391.6M of Cigna Corp. senior notes due 2022 for $1,050.34 per $1,000 principal amount.
Accepts $26.5M of Express Scripts Holding 3.900% senior notes due 2022 for $1,054.30 per $1,000 principal amount.
Accepts no Cigna Corp. 3.900% senior notes due 2022.
