NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brunswick Bancorp (OTCBB: BRBW) today announced the appointment of Mr. James Atieh, former President and CEO of Indus American Bank and New Millennium Bank, to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Atieh is a talented executive with more than three decades of senior management and director experience in the community banking industry. Prior to his most recent role at Indus American Bank, a position he held from 2015 to 2018, Mr. Atieh served as President and CEO of New Millennium Bank from 2011 to 2014, and as Executive Vice President & CFO of Liberty Point Bank from 2009 to 2010. In addition, Mr. Atieh has held senior positions at Citizens Community Bank, Interchange Capital Company, Franklin Bank, Industrial Bank of Korea, Golden City Commercial Bank, and Newton Savings Bank. Mr. Atieh also has served on the boards of directors at Indus American, New Millennium and Citizens Community Bank. He has a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, from Farleigh Dickinson University.
