CBRE is pleased to announce that Vincent Ranalli has earned the title of Executive Vice President. Mr. Ranalli, who is based in the firm’s Radnor, Pennsylvania office and specializes in industrial &logistics real estate, represents both tenants and landlords in the greater Philadelphia region.

Since joining CBRE in 2005, Vince and his teammates have leased and sold over 70 million square-feet of real estate with an aggregate value in excess of $2 billion.

In 2019 alone, Vince and his team completed 25 separate transactions, totaling nearly 10 million square-feet. Notable transactions included a 1.54 million square-foot long-term lease in Lehigh County, PA; a 1.23 million square-foot renewal in Cumberland County, PA; and a 615,000 square-foot build-to-suit lease in Berks County, PA.
