Lindsay A. Dunn, Esquire
MacElree Harvey, Ltd. Is pleased to announce the appointment of Lindsay A. Dunn, Esquire to the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Chester County.
Habitat for Humanity of Chester County’s vision is “a world where everyone has a decent place to live,” and the organization has been active in Chester County since 1986 as a part of the Greater Philadelphia Area Habitat for Humanity. The existing chapter was formed in 1989 after completion of the first Chester County Habitat-constructed home; to date, the organization has provided decent, affordable housing for 154 hard-working families, assisted by countless volunteers and donors.
Ms. Dunn has extensive experience in land use, zoning, and construction litigation in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. “Property rights are among the most important human rights,” Dunn said. "Property ownership provides individuals with a sense of freedom and autonomy – a real and tangible form of control and self-determination. Habitat for Humanity of Chester County provides that opportunity to the hard-working residents of Chester County on a large scale, and I am incredibly humbled to assist this great organization in any way I can.”
