Ed Camarota

Tridiuum, the leading provider of digital health solutions for accelerating behavioral and medical care integration, today announced its CFO, Ed Camarota, has been named CFO of the Year by the Philadelphia Business Journal. Camarota joins an exclusive class of financial leaders recognized for excellence in financial stewardship and strategic contributions made to their organizations.

Camarota was chosen for significant achievements made since joining Tridiuum in the fall of 2017. His contributions led to 100 percent topline growth for the company and a successful Series B investment round of $9.5 million. Camarota also restructured the company's operations, negotiated an agreement with one of the nation's largest health systems for a national rollout of the Tridiuum platform, and helped bring an innovative new product to market, positioning the company for increased growth.

"Taking a company from a research focus to a growth orientation challenges the most experienced leaders," said Mark Redlus, Tridiuum CEO. "From the start, Ed's financial and business acumen – not to mention his solid track record with entrepreneurial organizations and startups – have been key to mobilizing Tridiuum for explosive success."

In addition to his accomplishments at Tridiuum, Camarota has held the CFO role in two successful startups, assuming significant operational responsibility including corporate reorganizations, strategic and tactical planning, and large-scale project and process management. His previous work also resulted in two companies being named to the Philly 100 four years running, and a third landing a spot on the Inc. 500.

Dedicated to community involvement, Camarota has served as President and Secretary of his local Lions Club, as well as Treasurer, Financial Secretary, and Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus. He has also been heavily involved in outreach to urban areas facing financial hardships.

"What an honor to receive this award," said Camarota. "Having the opportunity to work with fantastic people and contribute in a way that really makes a difference is incredibly rewarding. Being recognized for it is humbling and energizing."

Camarota was honored with the 2019 class of top CFOs at an awards ceremony on July 18.
