Marvin Wilson
Marvin Wilson, restaurant general manager at Maris Grove, an Erickson Living developed and managed retirement community in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, was named the retirement community’s Leader of the Year for 2018.
Wilson was one of 20 employees selected by their respective communities or corporate departments and recognized nationally among his peers during the Erickson Living Annual Meeting held in Baltimore, Maryland, on March 4.
The recognition is given to a manager or director who continually demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities and inspires, motivates and empowers his or her team members to commit to excellence in serving residents.
“Congratulations to Marvin on this well-deserved recognition," said Executive Director Maureen Heckler. “He is an outstanding leader who motivates and inspires his team to create an exceptional dining experience for residents each day and every day. He is dedicated to making Maris Grove a great place to live and work.”
Wilson has worked at Erickson Living for 15 years. He resides in Media, Pennsylvania.
