MAI designated appraisers are sought after in the commercial real estate community for their commitment to education, superior ethical standards and proven industry prowess. Attaining the MAI designation involves meeting stringent education requirements, demonstrating high performance standards and successfully passing the comprehensive examination.

A 10-year valuation and advisory veteran, Mr. Manotti has vast experience valuing a wide variety of assets across numerous property types, from office buildings to industrial distribution centers to self-storage, multihousing and retail. In addition to taking part in the firm’s Healthcare & Seniors Housing Specialty Practice, he manages two appraisers and, throughout his career, has mentored several others. His geographic focus comprises eastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. Mr. Manotti joined NKF in 2017 and was previously with Integra Realty Resources - Philadelphia for six years. He graduated from Albright College in 2006.
