Tammy Tronoski McConeghy and Raphael M. Duran

Raphael M. Duran, an attorney with Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, and Tammy Tronoski McConeghy, Vice President of Sales with Allegiant Managed Care, have been appointed to the Greater Philadelphia Executive Claims Council (GPECC) Board of Directors. GPECC is a network of self-insured businesses, employers, insurance carriers and risk management professionals located throughout southeast Pennsylvania. Member firms share best practices, solve problems and provide educational resources within the field of claims.

Mr. Duran is a member of Marshall Dennehey's Workers' Compensation Department and represents an array of employers in the Philadelphia area, including those in the retail, construction, transportation, health care and food processing industries. He also has extensive experience working with self-insured and high retention clients. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Drexel University Kline School of Law, he was selected as a 2017 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star by the Super Lawyers organization.

Ms. McConeghy, a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA, represents Allegiant Managed Care (AMC) which is a URAC accredited Managed Care Company servicing Self-Insureds, Insurance Carriers, Third Party Administrators and Law Firms. Allegiant’s mission is to provide a wide variety of proactive case management services to clientele in the insurance industry; specializing in workers’ compensation and liability claims.
