Stradley Ronon welcomed five new fall associates. Jennifer Hillman, Claire Olivar and James Severs joined the investment management group; Andrew Voystock joined the firm’s business group; and Lauren Zychowicz is part of the litigation group. All five previously worked at Stradley Ronon as summer associates. Severs is resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office with the other new associates working in Philadelphia.
Jennifer Hillman – Hillman earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, where she was a staff writer for the Villanova Law Review. While pursuing her J.D., Hillman worked as a legal intern at UGI Corporation in the Office of the General Counsel. Prior to law school, she was an educator with Teach for America, working in under-resourced schools in Tennessee.
Claire Olivar – Olivar graduated cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law, was vice president of the Temple Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and a member of the national and Pennsylvania chapters of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association. She also worked as a legal intern at Subaru of America and a compliance intern at Aramark.
James Severs – Severs graduated magna cum laude from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and earned a certificate in securities law from the Securities Law Institute. He was also a staff member on Volume 64 of the Catholic University Law Review. During law school, Severs held internships with the Office of the State’s Attorneys for Montgomery County, Maryland; the Securities and Exchange Commission; and the Investment Adviser Association.
Andrew Voystock – Voystock graduated cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he served as Note and Comment Editor for the Temple Law Review and was a member of the Business Law Society and the Student Public Interest Network. He served as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Magistrate Judge David R. Strawbridge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Lauren Zychowicz – Zychowicz earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While in law school, she was a senior editor for the Penn Law Journal of Law & Social Change and served as Vice President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. She also served as a legal intern with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, and continued to engage in weekly pro bono work for the organization throughout law school. During her second year of law school, Zychowicz also received a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School.
