Stradley Ronon Counsel Jana M. Landon was part of the panel, “Evolving Cyber Threats,” at the Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals Annual Conference on Sept. 26 in Orlando, Florida. Landon and fellow panelists discussed how compliance professionals can understand cyber vulnerabilities, recent case law regarding case law, and compliance with federal and state laws.

Landon is founder and chair of Stradley Ronon’s e-discovery team and co-chair of the firm’s cyber insurance and data breach response groups. Her practice focuses on advising lawyers and clients on data security and data management issues and legal, technical and strategic issues regarding electronic discovery and information governance. She also represents clients in complex insurance coverage matters.
