With more than 25 years of experience, Windmoeller brings significant experience in managing profitability analysis, cost reduction efforts, system implementations, partner compensation planning, merger integration and general risk management.

Windmoeller joins Baker Tilly after most recently serving as chief financial officer for Sills Cummis & Gross, a New York/New Jersey-based national litigation and international corporate law firm. His career experience also includes serving as chief financial officer/chief operating officer (and acting chief information officer and chief marketing officer) for Connolly Gallagher, a Delaware business law firm and chief financial officer for Akerman Senterfitt & Eidson PA, a law firm based in Florida. He also served several other law firms in similar capacities in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.
