28 Experienced Advisors Joined Janney as of July 2016

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, a leading full- service wealth management, financial services and investment banking firm headquartered in Philadelphia, Pa., announced the hiring of five financial advisors in July. This brings the firm’s total to 28 new advisors to the Firm in 2016. These latest additions will join Janney’s Florida, New York, and Pennsylvania offices. Combined, these five advisors have more than 65 years of investment industry experience.

In Florida, Janney has hired Ryan Steckler as a Financial Advisor. Steckler joins from Oppenheimer & Co. He will be based out of Janney’s Palm Beach Gardens, FL office.

In New York, Janney has added two advisors, Peter Miezels, Senior Vice President / Wealth Management and Christopher Carpenter, Financial Advisor. They join from Stifel, Nicolaus & Company Incorporated. Carpenter, new to the business and working with Miezels, is a former Major League Baseball pitcher for both the Chicago Cubs and Boston Red Sox.

In Pennsylvania, Janney has hired William T. Manchester, AIF®, Vice President / Wealth Management, in the Firm’s Radnor, PA branch office. Manchester is formerly associated with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company Incorporated. Arthur (Todd) E. Jones, Vice President / Wealth Management, also joins the Firm along the Main Line, in the Bryn Mawr, PA office. Jones is formerly affiliated with Boenning & Scattergood.
