Jason Tillis, President of Imperial, along with other corporate citizens, accepted the award on behalf of Imperial.
The NY City & State Reports Sustainability Award recognizes outstanding corporate citizens in the construction, energy, transportation, and food industries for their work in sustainability. Imperial was nominated by Andrew Rigie, the Executive Director of NYC Hospitality Alliance, for its efforts focused on green initiatives.
Imperial’s sustainable practices stem from its 535,000 square foot, state-of-the-art LEED-Certified facility. Grace Best, Director of Marketing and Sustainability, has also been instrumental in leading the company’s sustainability initiatives. “Just in the past year, we have made efforts in the business in providing added value services to our customers that go beyond just the product offering.
