Financial services marketing professional brings more than 16 years’ experience to new role

Penn Community Bank, Bucks County’s leading, independent mutual financial organization, is pleased to announce that it has hired Jacklyn M. Bingaman as its Senior Vice President, Director of Marketing.

Bingaman brings with her an extensive background in marketing for financial services companies, gained over more than 16 years in a variety of marketing roles at institutions in southeast Pennsylvania. She most recently had served as Vice President, Director of Marketing and Brand Management for National Penn.

A graduate of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, Bingaman holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration, Marketing. She lives in Douglass Township, near Gilbertsville, Montgomery County.
