There’s a couple of myths about Philly’s dev community that are not matching up with the first slew of results from Technical.ly’s recent survey of East Coast technologists.

We’ve been collecting data since last March and have crunched responses from 140 developers in Philly and Baltimore. Some of the results were surprising.

According to the data, Philly millennials are actually more likely to stick to their current job than their older peers, contrary to popular belief. The data shows that older job-leapers outpace millennials 61 percent to 58 percent.
